1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Used Box Buy-Back

We offer to buy back used boxes in perfect condition for 35% of the original sale price.

Boxes must be clean, undamaged, and free from labels or tape.

Buy-back applies only to boxes originally purchased from JJP Transport LTD.

Payment for buy-back will be issued within 5 working days after inspection.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
