At JJP Transport LTD, we aim to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy below for returns and buy-backs.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Used Box Buy-Back

• We offer to buy back used boxes in perfect condition for 35% of the original sale price.

• Boxes must be clean, undamaged, and free from labels or tape.

• We do not buy back used rolls of tape.

• Buy-back applies only to boxes originally purchased from JJP Transport LTD.

• Payment for buy-back will be issued within 5 working days after inspection.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles of St Neots)

• Orders within a 10-mile radius of St Neots will be delivered by our own team.

• Same Day or Next Day Delivery (depending on the time your order is placed).

UK Delivery (Beyond 10 Miles)

• Orders beyond 10 miles from St Neots will be sent via our trusted courier service.

• Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 3:30pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
