Green bin Empty service. Please note your booking time isnt the time your bin will be collected :)

Cancellation Policy

Please note your selected Time does not represent your collection time This service is to collect, empty and return your green bin. Only HDC approved waste is permitted in the bins. If unapproved waste is in the bin we will not take it for emptying. We will only collect your bin if it is on the kerbside. Please treat this service as if we were the bin men. If you have more than one bin you will need to make 2 separate bookings. The date displayed in the booking is the exact collection date. You will need to have your bin out by 4am on the morning of collection. If your bin hasn't got you house number and postcode on it we will write it on to make sure each bin is returned to the correct address. If you require assisted collection please add this in the booking notes.
