Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully before booking your collection: Collection Time The time you select when booking does not represent your exact collection time. Collections will take place throughout the day. Service Provided We will collect your green bin, empty it, and return it to the same spot. Only HDC-approved garden waste is permitted. If your bin contains unapproved waste, it will not be collected. Collection Requirements Bins must be placed kerbside by 4:00am on the day of collection. Please treat this service as you would your regular council bin collection. If you have more than one bin, a separate booking must be made for each. Identification Your bin must be clearly marked with your house number and postcode. If not, we will add this for you to ensure correct return. Assisted Collection If you require help moving your bin, please note this in your booking and our team will assist. Cancellations If you no longer require the service, please cancel your booking so we can offer the slot to another customer.
